This was one of the best chill classes I’ve done - Sarah was amazing!!! She also ended the class with the loveliest poem which really made the class feel special. Thank you 💗

Clean, aesthetic, health promoting, lovely finishing touches with a lavender towel after the work out and a pepper mint cup of tea 🥰🫶🏼 thank you so much, I will certainly be back!
