    Early Risers Weight Training

    Brett was a super helpful and welcoming instructor. I highly recommend taking this class or any class with Brett. It has built in warm up (which can be a hit or miss for those who expected this to be 1 hr of straight work out) and weight lifting for the remaining 40-45 minutes. It was a good challenge for me and was supported through the class. Very happy with my experience!
