You can tell how much time and effort and thought she puts into creating the routine and she gives everyone so much attention and help. The exercises BURN but you will leave feeling amazing and I always leave in a very happy mood because of how lovely and smiley Ellya is ❤️ absolutely 1000% recommend!

Voir tous les avisThe space was probably the coolest reformer studio I’ve been too, and jacks energy was great for a late night Wednesday class-would definitely come again! I will say the shoulder pads on the machines were ripped which was surprising that the gym hadn’t fixed them, the machines seemed a bit tired-one for 1rebel to pick up!

Could tell the instructor had put a lot of thought into the programming! Might be worth advertising as funk and soul to make sure the people who will super appreciate these tunes sign up :)

Voir tous les avisHands down the hardest Barre class I’ve ever done, and one of the few classes in London you actually feel like you got true value for your money. Gareth pushes you hard, always on hand to help with form & technique, and also never strays from trying to get every last inch of motivation out of you. Definitely harder than anticipated, but that’s the reason I’ll 100% be going back.

Voir tous les avisI liked how helpful and encouraging everyone were. The challenge level is upon you to set by choosing the right weights for yourself. My body is a lil sore the next day after the session but in a good way, not in a painful way. Would suggest to get there early to set up for the class.

Voir tous les avisLocation is close walking n distance from Aldgate and Liverpool Street station. Space was really nice. The receptionists were welcoming. The equipment was clean and class users were encouraged to clean their reformer bed after class. It was my first time and the instructor made be feel comfortable and walked us through all the steps by instructions. I think it was challenging enough.
