Voir tous les avisI wish this gym would realize that music should be a part of the brand and would choose better music / not allow their trainers so much control over the music. Often times it’s old top 40 from the 2010s and it’s so not motivating and blah. I’m tempted to bring my headphones. They should learn from the other too gyms in the area and curate better music is my only complaint.

The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and I had the opportunity to brush up on my Spanish skills. The instructor was extremely easy to approach, as he not only showed us every single movement but also made sure our form was correct and kept us motivated throughout the entire class. I absolutely adored how they seamlessly transitioned from the treadmill to weights and even included rowing machine. By the end of the session, I had burned a whopping 500 calories.
