Voir tous les avisI’m glad they added this class on the weekend as well. It is a bit challenging and intense so I wouldn’t recommend it for beginners but overall this studio is great! I always leave feeling like a baby giraffe. My only thing is I wish her playlist matched the intensity of the class and that she made hands on adjustments. Other wise fantastic!
