Voir tous les avisLoved how creative the moves were (i love a little variety in classes like these!) and loved the playlist! The only thing is that it was a little hard to follow some of the cues. I felt like she spoke too fast or too quiet or didn’t explain enough I’m not sure. Otherwise super solid class!!

Voir tous les avisReally enjoyed this class. The instructor was firm with her instruction, but simultaneously caring and connected. The flow was challenging but also modifiable, as needed. I mentioned a back injury and she checked on me a few times, which I really appreciated. Easy parking, clean and spacious studio.
