Voir tous les avisIt was my first time taking Grace's class and I really enjoyed it! She was really friendly and active in making corrections with alignment and technique. She took the time to walk us through the exercises so that everyone understood, and while the exercises were perfect for beginners they were still intense enough to be a good workout. Highly recommended!

Voir tous les avisThis s a good Zumba workout and moderately paced so even as a beginner, you will be able to catch up. The instructor Jessie, is also reassuring and nice. She teaches and guided very, very well. Mostly a women work-out group but it is fine even for men, I went with my husband and he enjoyed it too. This west coast branch studio is very , very clean and well maintained, one of the cleanest I have been in Singapore👍🏻😊 very well maintained and has its own toilet. Do note that , one needs to bring a pair of clean shoes along to enter into studio. We have a good size class with about 6 people for a comfortable work out session, but as it is also a pilates ( with reformers and aerial yoga) work out area, it can be slightly tight for space for zumba, so one needs to be mindful of the reformers equipment. Overall quite an enjoyable zumba work out session. Thank you. Recommended 👍🏻😊

He can break down the steps with clear, simple instruction. Personally I suggest beginners who don’t have any yoga background to start from animal flow hiit instead of animal flow beginners. The class can be a little challenging that push your strength and endurance level. Overall an awesome session!
