The instructor was good but about firm, not complaining as she emphasizes a lot of where we should be feeling our muscles to work etc

Voir tous les avisI liked that Catherine took the time to explain the poses, guided us into proper form and alignment, and also taught us how we should be feeling the stretch in the body. I came out of the class relaxed, calm and at peace. This is a really good class for beginners.

Voir tous les avisIt was a class of 5 pax. Pace was comfortable for beginners like me. Instructor was patient and kind to help correct my form and encouraging to let us stretch to the limit we can do and comfortable with. Do note the class was taught in mandarin.
