Voir tous les avisit was smy first ever class. The instructor was so friendly and informative, and the rest of the participants were equally as welcoming. I felt right at home, which as someone who can get anxiety in new environments, is such a compliment. It was hard, but when I really couldn't go anymore they didn't try to push or shame me. I will definitely be back!

Voir tous les avisThe coach will let u have fun for your 1st class, I feel a lot of workout after the class to burn my calories 😅 The shower room only one if u would like to shower after class u may be wait. There is a cold bath and steam room very cool.

Voir tous les avisFirst time trying jiu jitsu and felt very welcomed as a complete beginner in the martial art. Had coach Jude as my coach. A super friendly and great teacher. Not only did he explain the techniques well to me, he was also very patient when I asked (quite a lot 😅 of) questions. I had a great time here and learnt a lot in one session! Will definitely return to learn more about the sport.
