Voir tous les avisIt’s my first time doing diode hair removal and I don’t feel any discomfort at all. Only towards the labia area I can feel a minor heat sensation. The therapist is very friendly. Tho I was a bit late due to lost my way. She still patiently helped me to complete the treatment. And the VIO area are all being taken care off. Hope to see some effect on this as I have been doing IPL and not seeing improvement.

I as an add on requested for a face wax, but this was extremely dissapointing, one she kept applying and pulling the wax repeatdely - but the hair was not coming out. The wax was incredibly sticky and she was struggling to pull it out.. so this caused severe irritation on the face. Then she spilt wax on my hair , at the side of my neck, and as this could not be taken out - she was left with no choice but to snip a bit of my hair off :/ Therapist was apologetic, and did not charge for the wax treatment - as visibly the service could not be delivered..

Voir tous les avisThe treatment was nice but the fact that there aren’t a lot of IPL shots moreover the staff will try to sell you the course even though you’re not that interested. Overall the treatment was nice and relaxing but could be better. Eg., there is no welcome drink while customers are waiting. During the treatment I wasn’t sure if the staff was the dermatologist/ skin doctor, just didn’t feel like one even if the staff knows how to use the equipment. Maybe I expected too much in SG compared with treatments in Korea and Thailand. This one is not even half of those countries standard.
