She was attentive and offered options. This was a comfort to beginners like me. She was encouraging, giving you a little push and yet not causing stress. Awesome!

Equipment were pretty easy to grasp with trainer's instructions. The ongoing video playing helped time 45 secs of reps. Equipment are a little worn with signs of wear and tear, but everything is clean, and staff were friendly and helpful.
