Voir tous les avisI love the concept of a women only gym! I felt so comfortable. The class was a small room but there were only 3 of us. The Zumba instructor was very cheerful and energetic. It’s a fairly easy class which makes me want to bring my mum next time.

Voir tous les avisThe instructor was very friendly and explained the exercises very well. Really liked how she helped to immediately correct my form so no time is wasted during the 30min! And don't think that 30min means this is just an easy workout, it's not! I was winded by the cardio after the first round. 🫠

Equipment were pretty easy to grasp with trainer's instructions. The ongoing video playing helped time 45 secs of reps. Equipment are a little worn with signs of wear and tear, but everything is clean, and staff were friendly and helpful.

Voir tous les avisSuper fun class!! If you love music, dance, this is such a fun way to exercise as compared to running or doing other forms of monotonous cardio. I really felt like I did a whole 50 mins HIIT but it was not dreadful. Teacher is super encouraging too!!!! Will be back
