Hospitality extended to the front desk as well and I felt well taken care of. Such friendly staff, very tranquil environment with low lighting, relaxing aromas, greenery and soft music playing throughout. The session starts and ends with tea or water in a small room with a couple of big armchairs which extends the whole calming experience. There is a health declaration to complete on arrival. During the massage, my masseuse was very focused on ensuring I was comfortable and happy, without asking too often. She helped adjust my pillow when I asked, her touch was the exact pressure I’d hoped for/requested and her strokes were slow and long…perfect ! Would happily return - and hope to soon.

Tho I was a bit late due to lost my way. She still patiently helped me to complete the treatment. And the VIO area are all being taken care off. Hope to see some effect on this as I have been doing IPL and not seeing improvement.

I as an add on requested for a face wax, but this was extremely dissapointing, one she kept applying and pulling the wax repeatdely - but the hair was not coming out. The wax was incredibly sticky and she was struggling to pull it out.. so this caused severe irritation on the face. Then she spilt wax on my hair , at the side of my neck, and as this could not be taken out - she was left with no choice but to snip a bit of my hair off :/ Therapist was apologetic, and did not charge for the wax treatment - as visibly the service could not be delivered..
