One of my favourite things about this branch is how amazingly pleasant and cheerful the therapists all are. My therapist Esther was incredibly kind, sincere and warm. She made me feel very comfortable and I also really appreciated how attentive and attuned she was, checking in when needed and adjusting her technique thoughtfully. Amy was very friendly and among the 2 low reviews I read about rough handling, she checked in with me how I was feeling; in fact I quite enjoyed how she scrubbed my scalp (felt like it scratched an itch I never knew I had). During the rain shower, she also used a comb to brush through my hair which felt therapeutic. Would definitely come back to try the 1h session instead!
