Voir tous les avisSigned up with my friend and we were the only students for the lesson. We were kinda worried at first because it was our first time doing a 2 hr session. However, our instructor was very patient and helpful. The two hour lesson was very beginner-friendly. Our instructor took time to explain to us how to do the different yoga poses and she checked if we were activating the correct muscles. It was a really fruitful session! We didn’t even know we could activate so many different muscles in one session. I prefer this style of teaching over the other classes that I have tried whereby instructors just rushed through the poses without correcting our posture. Thank you instructor!

I have tight muscles so I expect some pain and souring through the massage but when I show a sign of pain, she changes another method of massage but still working on the pain knot which requires deep massage. I feel my body softened after the massage. She addresses the blocking flow of my arm, also at the front of the arm to enhance the flow. Totally come back for her!

Voir tous les avisInitially worried when the counter staff was unable to find my reservation, but thankfully they did after showing them a confirmation notification. Decent facility (not as luxe as I imagined it to be). Very friendly spa manager and I had an excellent therapist named Mary 😁 what's key is the massage. This is a massage which I couldn't fall asleep as every touch was much needed for my aching muscles. Mary was very skillful and helped to knead out the knots and aches. What I didn't like was the "warm" compress as it was just too hot for the skin. Next time I'll just opt for aromatherapy 😄 Kudos to Mary indeed 💕
