Voir tous les avisBeen going to Ahimsa for over a year now. Tried Jen's class first time. This Gentle flow class was different from most, loved how she focused on everyone's pain points. This was a slow paced class with lot of holding of poses. I have never felt this kind of release ever. Came out feeling so relaxed and energized at the same time. Her instructions are clear. Loved the use of cushion, bolster pillow, yoga block. What an experience! Would love to try her other classes.

Been to a couple of Inside Flow classes elsewhere 6 months ago, and his class reminded me of why I love moving to the music. Beautiful song choice, heartfelt sharing by Alvin, friendly flow mates, no judgment even though I’m a noobie compared with the rest. Will definitely return!
