Voir tous les avisGoing there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!

Her classes empowered me through the end of nursing school and I couldn’t be more thankful. She always mentions how important it is that we appreciate our bodies and the fact that we can move them! Voir tous les avisI thought a 75 min yoga class would seem too long but it was a perfect duration. we were able to cover a wide range of poses and stretches. didn't feel rushed on the stretches which was good and some extra time in shivasana which was also nice. the space was spacious and instructor gave clear instructions with modifications and alternatives.

I don’t feel pressured like I’m doing things wrong, more like I can just do my best. He does offer clips to put on your mat to indicate consent for adjustments; this was very thoughtful as I was able to opt out.

Always great variety of good fun music and her moves incorporate actual Latin/dancehall/house/afro dance steps and not just step aerobics moves. You’ll get a great workout and it doesn’t matter if you do the steps correctly as long as you just keep moving your body!

Voir tous les avisMaria is a WONDERFUL instructor! She is so kind and makes the difficult and challenging class really fun. You work on poses and balance, cardio, core, legs and also use added weights. Be aware the classes do progressively get hotter as time goes on and may not be a great idea if you are sensitive to heat! I can’t wait to come again!
