Plus, she made space for anyone who arrived as the class was filling up and that is an underrated thing for newcomers.

Voir tous les avisGreat instructor and really nice studio! My only suggestion would be to add more pulsing. I felt like we changed exercises too quickly. There was less time under tension than I’m used to from other Pilates classes. However, you can always modify. I would recommend this studio and instructor!
