Voir tous les avisThis was my first time trying something combat related and although it felt intimidating with all the guys in the room, everyone was super nice and I can see how it’d be a nice and encouraging learning environment. There’s lots of conditioning weaved in here and there as the nature of MMA. Actual class was split into beginner and advanced and coach Carla was super nice, professional, and passionate. We learned a couple different moves and practiced it with a partner or with her.
