I have left every single one of his classes feeling so much more clear and level headed about all of the things I've been struggling with lately. It's so hard when you have a ruminating mind to be able to do this, but somehow, I'm always able to in his classes. 💜

Everyone was so welcoming - including the other women in the class. Was a great restorative practice and really appreciated Georgia asking for requests and then following through with poses to benefit.
