Voir tous les avisAlways great! This is a growing spot and conveniently located at the westshore mall near Dicks. Lots of parking and not a heavily trafficked area either. Greg was an instructing at Lifetime and is great. Good instruction and well led flows. This classes also are heated and you get a towel with essential lavender oil at the end. So refreshing!!

Voir tous les avisDid the beginners pole tricks class. I would recommend probably doing some other beginner class prior to this. But the instructor was amazing, super informative and welcoming and helpful. The women in the class were all sweet and inviting as well. Definitely a workout!
