Voir tous les avisReally wanted to try out Paige’s Pilates class! Definitely worked the core, arms, and full cardio. A nice balance but definitely challenging! Good for a beginner or experienced. She makes you feel comfortable, constantly reassuring to go at your pace! 10/10 :)

I look forward to coming back and getting to see the improvements as I am able to do more of the exercises. instructions were clear and the instructions was wonderful. also her voice is very ASMR quality

Voir tous les avisThis was a well structured and instructed mindful movement class based on yoga postures. The instructor gave great cues for body activations as well as ways to assist the postures for bodies that were not as flexible. The class had good energy and flow.

Voir tous les avisThe instructor was super motivating and helpful. Everyone in attendance was nice and friendly and more than happy to show you the ropes & push you towards excellence. This was my first CrossFit class ever and it was a lot of fun, challenging, and tiring, but fun! I will definitely be back! The cardio was killer !!

Voir tous les avisClean and the equipment used are really nice. I attended an early reformer I class, and it was a workout without a drop of sweat! Instructor Melissa was easy to follow, and she walked around the room and guided me thru. I love her class!
