1st time at this studio & 1st time doing aerial yoga. I couldn’t have picked a better studio and instructor. Georgie was beyond amazing. She is kind, patient, helpful, & has a calming presence. She made me feel so welcomed & confident in myself. I found the aerial yoga to be a bit challenging and scary at first but with Georgie’s help, I was able to hang with hands off the ground before the end of the class! I would recommend this class to anyone, especially beginners.
