Unrelated to the instructor - I wish The Union would lower the music from the spin classes that go on at the same time as the yoga classes - definitely takes away from the “zen” vibe and the spin classes are already way too loud to begin with 😆 Maybe I’m just an old grouch, but that would be my humble suggestion.

Voir tous les avisWas my first time doing TRX. The teacher was very helpful and walked me through how to use and adjust the straps prior to class. Instructor was also kind. Good music. I love that at one point Rasputin started playing, thought that was funny.

Voir tous les avisJill was rad! Yoga ended up being at Manito Park, which we would not have known unless we had met the owner of the facility! It would be great if any changes in class location were communicated through the Class Pass app as well.
