Voir tous les avisGreat workout but hit or miss with instructors. Today the instructor just danced around and wasn’t really paying attention to the class. They also start late often because they are chatting in the lobby which is kind of annoying. The owner is SO LOUD. I came to workout not chat.

Voir tous les avisAbsolutely loved the class. The instructor was amazing at giving clear instructions I could follow without feeling lost. I got an amazing workout and was able to really focus on the movements with purpose. The instructor was positive and friendly. She helped me correct my form that I hadn’t noticed before and really enjoyed the movements. They have a water station with emergen-c supplements for us to use, and the cutest studio setup with plants etc. I will definitely be back!

The way the class is structured has the perfect balance of a challenging workout, the leniency of taking it at a safe pace, and a great environment. Instructor was prompt and had a warm welcoming smile. Every one there had good spirits and smiled.

Voir tous les avisI am am currently overweight and they were so friendly and so encouraging I was so so nervous but I ended up surprised they were kind and I didn’t feel judged by anyone there I felt supported and they had very good modifications as well I really enjoyed it will definitely be back!

Voir tous les avisThe best gym and workout you’ll ever get! Coach J is the best! He motivates you and continues to push you when you feel like giving up! I love that every class is different. All the combos are always new. He incorporates not only boxing with the bag but mitt work, foot work, battle ropes, weights, HIIT exercises, jump rope, and so much more! I love how spacious and clean the gym is. He disinfects the mat after every class and the gym is always spotless!

Voir tous les avisI had a one-on-one with Mike, and he was a wonderful instructor. He was patient and kind and went over each area of the workout and had me practice the proper form before I began. It was a bit intense, especially as I started out fast and wasn't pacing myself as I should. However, he helped me with pacing, breathing, and just general form while encouraging and high-fiving!
