The heating pad in the pod did not heat evenly, resulting in hot and cool spots that made it difficult to find the right temperature setting. No one responded when I left. Alexis seemed nice enough when she did speak. And I like that there is a bathroom in the room to freshen up afterwards.

I don’t know if I would do it again I wish ur room was a little warmer but I am already recommending it to people with sleep problems achy bodies anxiety etc.
