I hadn’t done Ashtanga in a few years — but he made it feel like a puzzle, slowly building the building blocks into a deep and settled stillness I hadn’t felt in a while. It was intense and yet balanced, so it’s ideal for all levels of fitness. Lars is an excellent instructor, who clearly explained each exercise and focused on technique, while catering to our individual needs. The team and facilities are modern and top so 100% recommended!!
