Voir tous les avisIncredible! I’m a beginner when it comes to Rocket (not to yoga, though), and I had a very fun time. Saul is highly professional and attentive; he even helped me with my first wall-assisted handstand, even though I was super scared! (He basically lifted me on the way down because I got stuck). All the exercises were super interesting; you definitely won't get bored. It’s hard to find Rocket Yoga in general, and I’m so happy I found Saul's class! 🙏🏻

I hadn’t done Ashtanga in a few years — but he made it feel like a puzzle, slowly building the building blocks into a deep and settled stillness I hadn’t felt in a while. It was also important and refreshing he took the class in Swedish. I highly recommend.

It was very unique and completely different from the others I’ve done the experience with. Really meditative vibe, he shared a 2min narrated story that really resonated with me and was very special.
