Voir tous les avisIncredible session, Serafina pays a lot of attention to detail, incorporates yoga, meditation, sound bath and even a bit of massage. Helped me with adjustments in a couple of poses which I couldn’t comfortably hold for long so I can confidently suggest this class to anyone. I expect in a month’s time it will be impossible to book and they’ll do more classes per week!

Ask my consent before touching different part of my body or moving my underware. Check regularly about the pressure even if the massage could be a bit painful he repect your limit and it's all worth it at the end!
