Voir tous les avisI rarely write reviews, but this experience was so frustrating I feel like it's necessary. I booked this appointment for a haircut on class pass. I waited for 40 minutes in the waiting room with no contact from stylist. A coworker told me she was running behind when I first arrived and that she would be out to talk with me shortly. She never came. Another customer whose appointment was a half hour prior to mine was in the same situation. Drove a half hour each way to wait for 40 minutes in a waiting room with absolutely no communication. I do not recommend booking an appointment.
