Taylor really wanted us to focus on slowing down, showing love to certain body parts that we might not stretch as often, and being intentional with our movement. Taylor also really encouraged this class to be a time of stillness for our minds. I got a great stretch out of this class but it was also so relaxing! I really hope HY LO adds more of these deep stretch classes to their schedule!
