    Vinyasa Flow - Heated

I enjoy Rachelle’s classes but I don’t understand why a whole row in the front is unoccupied every time she teaches. Nobody else’s class have I seen that. People will park their mats outside the designated areas before being in the front row. I know Rachelle doesn’t like people too close to the stage so she can move around but a whole row? I’m confused by that.

    Postnatal Mom & Infant Yoga

Great class for slowly getting back into yoga for those who have been practicing mamas and for those who haven’t been in a while.. or brand new! You can bring baby with you into class: leave them in the car seat, stroller, have them lay in front of you on a blanket. The baby doesn’t do yoga, lol. Only Mama. There’s no judgement, if you need to feed the baby, walk around, play with the baby in between or during poses then it’s all good. This is a light hearted class and takes the pressure off of having the baby not make noise.

Love this duration of class. It felt good to have variety in movements, it can sometimes be a little too fast pace for novice yogis, but really nice to flow with a pumped up class

    Lower Body Release & Maintenance

Ashe covered a lot in this 2 hour class. We did some foam roller exercises and also incorporated other props that targeted other areas of our lower body. This is a great addition to my circus routine since I don't really give sufficient attention to proper maintenance exercises after training.

    Outdoor Power Yoga

Loved doing yoga outdoors! Beautiful location, but the directions of where exactly the class was held were vague. Another attendee had to wander until she found the right group. I wish I had been before class to told to wear sunglasses as the sun was in my eyes the whole time. The headphones worked great except they got in the way for some poses. A sports team ended up playing worryingly close to us. The teacher was kind, went at a good pace, and I enjoyed most of the poses, but some of the direction was confusing and the teacher moved around so it was sometimes hard to look for her to see a demonstration of the pose.
