Voir tous les avisThis class was fun but challenging! It was my first Pilates class and it was Hot Pilates at that but i tried my best to keep up. I struggled but i still kept going. Just wish there was modifications for those of ours who are beginners but definitely would recommend it ! Be on time though and bring water ! It’s good to get out your comfort zone ! Have fun nonetheless!

He has healing hands and very knowledgeable. He could tell my yin/yang was off and it had been something that had bothered me for 2 months. I think I will have to return.
