Voir tous les avisMy first time at Triyoga! Zoe was great - her class has the right level of challenge and she gave options based on diff levels. I definitely worked up a sweat. The changing rooms have great facilities - nice showers with toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/shower gel). Hairdryer and straightener are also available, so you’ll have everything you need to get ready post class and head out. Would recommend this class and this studio!

Voir tous les avisStefania was a great teacher :) was quite nervous to start as I didn’t have a clue about the practice of yoga in terms of terminology and everyone in the room seemed like absolutely pros but Stefania guided the room so well and truly felt like she was paying attention to every single person which was lovely :)

Where I felt the experience was let down was the changing room which was so small- my class wasn’t even full but there was barely any space to change and very few lockers. Things like the soap being empty on the sink also didn’t feel super premiu
