Voir tous les avisEric Ly was very supportive, and friendly, small class today so no problem coming to check on me every so often, unfortunately due to my work environment I had some work injuries on my shins and knees, so learning the switch kick was tough even on the lighter heavy bag. I accidentally hit his arm while doing pad work attempting to learn the lower kick, but I apologized after and even until now I feel bad about it, I hope he heals quickly. Other than that I still pushed through definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking to learn a new skill, or even compete in full contact since they do offer more classes.

We almost turned around and left, but then we were introduced to coach Alex and he took us around and gave us a really good tour of the gym and put us to work right away to learn some skills and techniques.
