Outstanding instructor Ed, full of life, orchestrated the class perfectly, we fitted lots in, and kept the attention even when showing different levels different moves. the venue...for some reason I think the name 'academy' ha I was expecting something a bit more impressive, it was very basic. But go for the class!

As a complete beginner with little-no arm & ab strength I was able to do a lot of the techniques. Highly recommend. I will be back stronger
