Voir tous les avisI really enjoyed the boxing classes! The coach was incredibly friendly and attentive to each participant. The class consists of only five people, so the coach has time to focus on everyone, which really helps with learning. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the training sessions were fun, even though they could be challenging at times. I especially liked that after the session, the main lights were turned off, allowing us to relax and cool down in a comfortable setting. Highly recommend!

The instructor was very helpful and respectful, making sure that we were breathing correctly as well as giving form corrections. The studio is very stylish and clean with lemon water for customers. I will be back for more Taekwondo classes and to try a massage.
