Voir tous les avisRachel‘s classes are always a challenge in the best way! Her energy is contagious, and she creates an inclusive atmosphere where both beginners and advanced students can thrive. The workout is well-paced, with clear instructions on movements, muscle engagement, and modifications for all levels. She walks around, shows how the movements are supposed to look like and corrects you on the spot which is helpful. What I noticed is that I always leave feeling accomplished, sweaty, and thinking, ‘What the f did we just do?!’ The fact that she remembers people adds a personal touch. Every class with Rachel is a banger, and I can’t wait for the next one :)

For those who are unfamiliar with the ELDOA method, this class revolves around creating extreme fascial tension and contraction in extreme range to normalize the vertebra.
