Voir tous les avisMy second time at this studio, I definitely enjoyed today's workout more than the first. Lauren was great and encouraging. It wasn't challenging in the way I thought it would be. More in the micro movement and control-which definitely challenge me way. I definitely do this class again.

Voir tous les avisthis was my first time at basi and it was great!! gloria was so welcoming, encouraging and had such an infectious positive attitude! i really loved how even though it was a group class, that she still made sure to check in with everyone individually and help with adjustments, things like that are so appreciated- will definitely be back to take another one of her classes!
