Voir tous les avisI booked the 60 minute contrast therapy. It’s just as described. You get your own private room with a sauna, cold plunge tub, and shower with towels provided. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They also gave me a tour of all the other services they offer like cryo, light therapy, float room, etc. It was very clean and had a relaxing vibe. Definitely will come back!
