I’m recovering from a lower leg injury and had I seen the programming, I would not have signed up. I approached Cheri to explain my situation and ask for mods and she was so helpful. I am incredibly appreciative that she took the time to talk through things with me and used her knowledge to get me movements that I could feel successful with. It is humbling and frustrating to not be able to do movements I’m used to doing and Cheri helped me get past those feelings to get a good workout in.

They provided cooling towels, water and cords to connect your phone to speakers. The staff- lovely lady was very helpful, upbeat and friendly.
