Voir tous les avisI absolutely love this class and studio. Dani is my favorite instructors in the county. She has such a good energy. She is encouraging while still feeling authentic. She is energetic without feeling forced. I love every one of her classes.

Voir tous les avisLoved this class! Took another class not realizing it was an advanced class and was told to try out the beginners class which was perfect. I was able to keep up and do all the moves (some at a slower pace) but it definitely helped me learn more of the movements we used in the other class and start to develop my balance on a spinning bike (vs road bike). I have a biking background and still definitely benefited from taking this class, spinning is a totally different animal than what I’m used to. Side note: I had a hard time fitting in my road bike spd shoes, so they lent me some of the sneaker spinning shoes they have and definitely felt comfortable in them. They also have them for sale and I’m planning on buying soon!
