Voir tous les avisThis was my first time trying the TFR class - Lizzy brought so much energy and enthusiasm- she also did the workout the entire time with us. I’m glad I wore sneakers - it felt very similar to a Tracy Anderson type workout but more structured. I’ll be back!

You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and values her students' input. The workout itself was challenging, and the sequences were effective. Her cues were clear and easy to follow, so I always knew what was coming next. I walked out feeling strong and energized
