Voir tous les avisDefinitely come at least 10 min early, it is tricky to find and when you enter there is no waiting room, you are just right into the class! I came in a couple minutes late after getting lost and was mortified to disrupt class, but the instructor was so kind and welcoming! The only thing I would change would be the playlist. It was very upbeat, similar to hold music or Wii Sports music. I am used to yoga set to calming/nature music, so it was a little hard to connect with my breath and clear my thoughts. Otherwise, the poses and cadence and flow were great, very kind instructor and attendees, clean studio and small/intimate. Plenty of parking.

Voir tous les avisI visited Aloe Beauty in the past for my first reiki session and decided to come back after an extremely healing experience with Kelly. I was able to release a lot of stuck energy from decades of holding trauma of my own as well as for others as a trauma therapist. I often recommend Kelly to my clients and friends, she has helped to bring much needed peace and spiritual clarity.

Voir tous les avisKen was absolutely amazing! Everyone needs to go get a massage from him! From the moment I walked in, he made sure I was comfortable, checked in with me throughout the entire appointment, and took the time to explain where I was holding stress and tension. You can truly tell that he cares about his clients as people, not just as appointments. I left feeling absolutely incredible, relaxed, refreshed, and so much better than when I walked in. Thank you so much, Ken, for such a wonderful experience! I’ll definitely be back!

Full Stretching Shiatsu [FSS]
Voir tous les avisI had a great experience at Cherandi Shiatsu. I’ve tried several different massage modalities- Thai, Swedish, deep tissue, and found shiatsu to be the most rejuvenating and restorative. Francisco took the time to educate me about Chinese medicine and explain what to expect from shiatsu. He really customizes the experience to make you feel comfortable throughout the session. He encourages you to communicate if something doesn’t feel right or if you need a break for water or to use the restroom. Francisco is gentle but highly effective at releasing tension from the body. At the end of the session, he offered a selection of drinks, including water, juice, and coconut water, and gave me plenty of time to ask any questions I had. I didn’t have cash on hand for a tip, so I asked Francisco if he accepted Venmo or Zelle, which thankfully he did. What stood out to me was how incredibly humble and gracious he was when I asked. Especially with how prevalent tipping culture has become, the interaction felt refreshingly different and never transactional. It was another small moment that showed me how genuinely Francisco cares about his clients and the healing experience he provides. Francisco operates out of his home, but there is a separate entrance and a dedicated space for his practice, as well as parking spaces out front. I’d recommend blocking off around two hours for your appointment so you don’t have to worry about rushing out afterward and can fully enjoy the experience. I left feeling incredibly restored and would absolutely recommend Francisco to anyone interested in trying shiatsu.

Voir tous les avisAntoine has a very calming and safe energy. It was my first time getting a lomi lomi massage and he gave me a run down. The massage itself was an incredible, spiritual, and restorative experience. Antoine is very intuitive and experienced. He knew what areas needed deeper attention. All I can say is if you’re looking for a relaxing and renewing massage this is it, and Antoine was the best therapist. I highly recommend and would definitely return back again! I get several massages and for years I had a membership for a massage spa. I’ve gotten different types of massages but this was so unique. On the top of my list as one of the best massages I’ve had. Thank you again for Antoine who is experienced and truly has a passion for massage therapy.

Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular/Myofacial Release
Voir tous les avis10/10 recommend Juliette. Best massage I’ve had in a long time. If you have chronic tension, this is the place for you. Two things to note: this is a home based business and there are also cats on the premises incase you’re highly allergic (they obviously aren’t out while you’re there). Honestly better than any other massage places I’ve tried on ClassPass or in general, and I’ve tried a lot in my area. The only place I’ll go to now.
