Voir tous les avissometimes is was hard to follow the flow, but I did really like the instructor, I felt he stayed true to real pilates practice. we focused on balance and core strength and it was a really good class! the instructor was also very helpful with form and well educated, even educated us on what muscles we were working atm and gave us form reminders woth guidance with is sooo helpful!

Voir tous les avisLauren taught the absolute BEST barre class. She had great music, easy to follow cues, difficult without being too hard and the foe of the class was perfect. I really enjoyed that is was not a heated room yet had an incredible work out. First time at the small friendly studio. Definitely worth going for Lauren.

Mark was a great guide through the Nidra and orchestrator of the sound healing portion. If you’re looking for deep relaxation and zen, this is it.

You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and values her students' input. The workout itself was challenging, and the sequences were effective. Her cues were clear and easy to follow, so I always knew what was coming next. I walked out feeling strong and energized

Voir tous les avisI enjoyed this class so much. I have not worked out or stretched in years and had a bit of anxiety going into this class. Lara was so welcoming. I immediately could feel the peaceful positive energy she was exuding. She was gentle and patient and helped us with every pose and form. She went above and beyond to help me learn how to relax and also loosen my jaw to relieve tension. Not only was she knowledgeable in what was going on with my body, she added stories and humor during the class. It was wonderful. I will definitely continue to go to her classes. Thank you to Lara!

I did have a difficult time understanding the sequence of the workout and since I’m just a visitor it wasn’t explained clearly but the instructor does go around eventually and pays attention to each persons movement to help direct. I will be back ☺️ very fun!

This class is entirely on the wall, which I kind of wish I had known ahead of time, but I ended up enjoying it so no complaints here! I will return to this studio and am interested in trying their other class as well.
