I booked this class last minute because I was quite intimidated it’d be too hard since I’m not too flexible but Alyssa made sure everyone felt comfortable and had the right form paying attention to everyone at the class. She gave positive reinforcement too so I felt a bit more encouraged throughout the class. The slow flow helped open up my hips enough that right after I was able to do my leg day routine at the gym! I love how clean the studio was and how there’s markers spacing out the class because I hate not having enough space. Thanks again Alyssa and looking forward to attending again :)

Class format is a little longer than most classes you find on ClassPass however I got a great workout and thoroughly enjoyed it. Coach and staff were really nice and was attentive with form and technique which I appreciated. Will definitely be back!

Voir tous les avisFirst time here . Found it pretty easy , and the building was well lit with nice equipment inside . Ask who subbed the class quickly introduced himself and showed me around before class started and let me know what to expect . The class was doable even for someone out of shape.
