Voir tous les avisThe group lesson with Laura is really fun and intense! It’s a good balance between core and strength, and even if it’s in Dutch, it’s easy to follow. Laura take a look to all the attendees and correct the posture when necessary. I recommend it!

Voir tous les avisThe class was fun and Aigua instruction was clear. You will feel the burn for the 1/2 half of the class then gentle stretch towards end the class. It is a good class to go to end your day with some exercise and stretch before sleep. 💜
