Voir tous les avisChallenging but fun SCULPT class! felt really welcoming and the teacher was so sweet! I really love that it is a full body workout. The weights add an extra challenge. It had me shaking and I'm afraid for the day after, but it's worth it. Will def try other classes!

The instructor is very calm , adaptable to different levels and gives nice instructions, guiding you through the practice. 🧘🏻♀️ (The class was in Dutch but it was easy to follow. Highly recommend if you are trying to improve your understanding and have a good practice at the same time) 😊
