The class was a perfect full body workout with an emphasis on core strength which is what I look for in a Pilates reformer class. Every move was thoughtful and actually doable while still being challenging. Danielle’s was very attentive and her verbal cueing and hands on adjustments were extremely helpful.

Voir tous les avisJetset's classes are always challenging, always a good atmosphere, but I really appreciated how clear Bailey's verbal cues were today, even in a small class where everyone could see what she was doing. She also gave me some really valuable adjustment/feedback around form to moves that I've been doing for ages but never got much out of, and now I know why! Will definitely take her classes in the future.

Personally didn’t love a few of the compound movements with dumbbells included but she definitely offered variations! That’s just my preference in a reformer class I like to use the reformer not dumbbells. Love boost though and this location is stunning.

Voir tous les avisNicole was amazing and the only good coach there in the two times I’ve been. Every other coach in there has no idea what they are doing or came from f45. The studio is clean but the workout is nowhere near traditional Pilates, doesnt even have mirrors and the music that most of the coaches play is garbage. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else, literally toddlers could probably teach better than the ‘coaches’ here.

Voir tous les avisI had such a great experience at FS8. The studio itself is beautiful & clean, which immediately set the tone walking in. Lauren greeted me w/ so much energy right away it honestly made me feel welcome instantly. Since I’m new to reformer Pilates, she took the time to walk me through the machine, which I really appreciated. Her coaching style is clear, encouraging, and just the right amount of challenging. She offered helpful modifications when needed, but still kept the class Extra spicy and fun with the way she flows everything together. There are screens to follow along with, but I barely needed them because her cues were relatable/ simple to follow and clear. I felt supported the entire time and genuinely had great experience,while getting a great workout. Definitely a 10/10 experience I’ll absolutely be back to try other formats.

If you want an in person, guided meditation class, I would really recommend this one! I left feeling less stressed and it's a great beginning to my weekend.
