So it’s a good class for beginners even though it was a demanding class. Angela is very available to assist and really paid attention to what the people in the class were doing.

Challenging class but excellent cues and motivation to propel intermediate practice. I always love Cora’s classes. Her instruction is so clear.

She adjusted each class to the skill levels of folks there and provided modifications to make things harder or easier. Adel switches things up each class, so you probably won’t have the same class twice! Overall a fantastic instructor!

I love the balance of the Pilates and Yin in this class.. the movement in the Pilates is just enough to build a sweat but as soon as you do it’s time for deep stretches and calming down. She has a background in dance and Pilates and it’s obvious that she really knows her stuff. If you’re looking to be led by a teacher who will make sure you’re well taken care of, Barb is your girl.

Small class size meant everyone got individual attention to ensure stretches and exercises were done correctly and with care. Voir tous les avisIt was ok but it wasn’t really cardio. Mostly regular Pilates with a few minutes of jumping. No knocks against the class just letting people know it’s not too much of a cardio workout. probably good if you are looking for more of a regular Pilates class with some a little bit of cardio. I wore my chest strap heart rate monitor and I was only out of zone 1 for 1 minute and 34 seconds. Average heart rate was 81 bpm.
