Voir tous les avisThe class is a good difficulty level. Not too hard but not too easy. I always leave feeling refreshed. Personally, the burning incense at the start and end of class is a bit strong for me, but I like the class otherwise.

Voir tous les avisJane Berdnikov was a wonderful instructor, she made sure to give you time to follow instructions and actually shown you how to perform the yoga technique. Love that she gave us a lot of water breaks as it was Hot Yoga session. Yoga mats are required, but they do provide yoga blocks for you in the class.

Voir tous les avisThe instructor is very friendly and calm. Had some trouble with the buzzer so just account for an additional 10mins. My first time with aerial yoga, felt very whimsical at first but keep in mind it is a little painful with the fabric. Definitely a challenge.
