Love that she gave us a lot of water breaks as it was Hot Yoga session. Yoga mats are required, but they do provide yoga blocks for you in the class.

Voir tous les avisOMGGG so clean and wonderful! I loved it so much! I never tried Pilates before and the trainer could immediately tell! She was so kind and went through everything about the machine with me which i appreciated ALOT! She made it a less daunting for me! I was honestly failing so hard while doing the exercises but she was so patient and helped me through it. Adjusted my machine and everything and was just-so helpful! Loved this class so much! 🥰🥹

Voir tous les avisThe instructor is very friendly and calm. Had some trouble with the buzzer so just account for an additional 10mins. My first time with aerial yoga, felt very whimsical at first but keep in mind it is a little painful with the fabric. Definitely a challenge.
