    Power Flow Hot [Intermediate]

What an incredibly sweaty and powerful practice with Hassan! Last time when I came to his class was Nov 2023 and now I'm surprised he could even remember me! He is so professional and caring offering us options and variations in class. I'm definitely coming back! Cheers!|

    In Studio: Power Vinyasa Flow

Farley is great, loved the class! In terms of difficulty, even though it’s called power flow I’d say it’s equivalent (or slightly easier/slower) than a regular vinyasa at sweat & tonic, which is just what I wanted! And it wasn’t repetitive flows (which I find can get boring). He focused on one body part which was really cool!

The best class I’ve taken at Yoga Tree! Ben was an amazing teacher who offered modifications and checked at the beginning of classes injuries or specific areas of the body that yogis wanted to focus on. I loved this willingness to adapt the class to the students’ needs. I highly recommend his classes!

Studio was so clean and beautiful! There are lockers and showers and a small lounge area serving tea. Johanna was great and very encouraging. I also liked how attentive she was and would give your posture. No other instructor had told me I was doing the downward dog incorrectly until she pointed it out.

    Reform I

I always wanted to try reformer Pilates because I have bad joints and mat Pilates really gave me a lot of pain. This class was the perfect speed and intensity for me. Thank you to Kim, the instructor, for assisting me when I was struggling to keep up, not because it was too difficult, but because I just wasn’t used to the machine. Would recommend this for anybody who wants to do Pilates, but need to ease into it a little bit.
