Voir tous les avisThis was my 2nd cupping session here. Last week it was Alexandra she did traditional glass and fire cupping, It was purple and needed a secons session! This time it was with Erika with the plastic one. She spent more time massaging my back and nect with the cups which was a nice compliment from the first session! 2 totally different styles and both really good! Definitely will come back for more! The space is very zen and lots of natural light!

It’s not a tanning bed clearly, but I was wondering. You get to choose which wavelength you want, and I went with the “pain” one which goes the deepest to heal your muscles while also doubling up for your skin. I did a workout before going in and I actually did feel like my muscles were less sore. Not sure if it’s placebo but it was pretty relaxing! I did start sweating a bit though 😂 would love to try the other services at the Sweat and Tonic Spa

Voir tous les avisThe appointment times were mistakenly extended beyond opening hours of Cryomend, but Nicole, the owner, was ridiculously accomodating and didn't rush through anything despite it being past closing time. Today I came back a second time to treat some sore muscles that I'd stupidly overworked, and again Nicole was super helpful and took the time to suggest different treatments that would help, and they were spot on! Great place for maintaining wellness and sports recovery.
